Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in remote therapy sessions based on structured, evidence-based programs, ensuring that you meet the diverse needs of each client.

• Monitor and document participant progress through follow-up communications, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.

• Collaboratively participate as a team member, assisting clients in accessing necessary resources, while handling consent and authorization forms required for treatment.

• Identify high-risk situations among clients and respond promptly according to established protocols to manage safety concerns appropriately.

• Participate in regular meetings with supervisors and engage in team-building activities, contributing to a dynamic and informed care team.

• Adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance as stated in HIPAA policies, while fulfilling annual training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at New Hope Psychological Group, you will work with a diverse population seeking mental health services. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more, all of whom require compassionate and focused care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• You must hold a current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patient appointments, committing to 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday.

Preferred Experience\n

• Clinical experience conducting psychotherapy, particularly in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
