Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy sessions, family sessions, and group therapy, tailoring each approach based on the unique needs of your clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new clients, analyzing history, symptoms, and treatment options in collaboration with clients and other mental health professionals.

• Develop and document individualized treatment plans that reflect goals and progress, utilizing an approved electronic health record platform to maintain compliance and continuity of care.

• Engage in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to provide feedback and collaborate with psychiatric providers and clinical staff to ensure holistic care for all clients.

• Monitor client progress, adapting therapeutic techniques and interventions as necessary based on ongoing assessments and treatment effectiveness.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that empower participants through shared experiences, promoting growth and resilience.

• Contribute to program development and clinical activities in consultation with the clinical director, enhancing the therapeutic experience for clients.

• Participate as a member of the credentialing committee, ensuring adherence to the highest professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing therapeutic services to children or families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, reflecting experience and qualifications. This position is a W2 employment role with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
