Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their unique mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Providing therapeutic interventions for individuals dealing with issues such as low self-esteem, family conflicts, substance abuse, and crisis situations.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress, utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Collaborating with clients’ families and support systems to track treatment responses and behavioral changes, fostering a holistic approach to mental health.

• Using crisis intervention techniques to effectively manage acute situations that clients may face, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Offering both telehealth and, when necessary, face-to-face sessions to ensure accessibility of services to all assigned clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified through third-party sources.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n
