Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with clients and their families to monitor changes in behavior and treatment responses, making necessary adjustments to improve care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the underlying causes of clients' challenges, enabling the development of personalized therapeutic models for effective recovery.

• Refer clients to psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs), or substance use disorder (SUD) specialists for further evaluation if needed.

• Provide evidence-based recommendations for clients dealing with low self-esteem, family issues, addiction, and suicidal ideation, to help them navigate their circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions and treatment data, analyzing this information to determine appropriate interventions and monitor progress towards recovery.

Our clients include individuals grappling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and complex family dysfunctions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is preferred. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
