Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are primarily adults who have been pre-screened and are experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. This means you will be working with individuals who have stable conditions and are seeking assistance with coping strategies, life transitions, and personal growth. This allows you to focus on delivering high-quality, client-centered care without the frequent crisis management often required in more acute settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a mental health-related field.

• An active professional license as LMFT, LPC, or LICSW. Note that we are unable to consider applicants who require supervision or hold limited permits.

• No disciplinary actions on your license, ensuring a commitment to ethical practice and professional integrity.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support their health and well-being.
