Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop effective individualized treatment plans.

• Document client interactions in a comprehensive manner, ensuring accurate and timely updates to progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Conduct psychoeducation sessions, specifically tailored to address perinatal mental health challenges, equipping clients with strategies and resources for coping.

• Facilitate and lead consumer group sessions to promote shared experiences and foster a supportive peer environment.

• Engage in regular case conferences and staff meetings to discuss client progress, challenges, and treatment adaptations, ensuring an integrated approach to care.

• Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to support client needs beyond mental health treatment, enhancing the holistic well-being of each individual.

• Offer consultations with family members and partner organizations to improve client support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of individuals navigating a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, with a significant focus on perinatal mental health. You will have the opportunity to support expectant and new parents during critical transitions, addressing anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues while providing growth-focused counseling and resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active and valid licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated experience in the mental health field with a track record of maintaining compliance with care standards.

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third-party background check.
\n
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
