Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Refreshed Hope, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Documenting all client interactions accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR), following the required protocols and maintaining confidentiality.

• Offering crisis intervention as required, assisting clients in managing immediate threats to their well-being.

• Participating in clinical meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions to enhance patient care and share insights.

• Staying current with best practices by attending required trainings, seminars, and conferences.
