Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing crisis intervention to clients in distress and facilitating effective de-escalation strategies.

• Delivering mental health services through both face-to-face meetings and telehealth modalities to meet clients' diverse needs.

• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations concerning client confidentiality, including adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

• Participating actively in clinical and interdisciplinary team meetings, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development through training, conferences, and seminars.

• Maintaining your licensure in good standing, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulatory requirements.

• Contributing to the development of junior therapists and interns through supervision and mentoring, ensuring high standards of care.

• Referring clients to psychiatrists or other specialists for additional assessment as necessary.
