Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized mental health counseling sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, maintaining ethical and compassionate interaction at all times.

• Utilize solution-focused and evidence-based treatment modalities to effectively address clients' needs, facilitating engaging and structured therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals, fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

• Guide clients in developing self-awareness regarding their experiences, emotions, and relationships, helping them cultivate skills that enhance their mental health.

• Regularly monitor and assess client progress throughout the treatment process, adapting plans as necessary to facilitate ongoing improvement and the development of healthy coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Our approach emphasizes skill development as a pathway to improved quality of life, ensuring clients receive impactful care tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued license for independent practice as a mental health counselor (no limited or provisional licenses accepted).
\n
• Licenses such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
