Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video conferencing sessions with clients to understand their mental health needs, using evidence-based practices to guide therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their emotions and experiences, helping them gain insight into their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.

• Act as a client advocate by helping clients clarify their treatment goals, and actively collaborating with them to design personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to assess clients' mental conditions, developing and implementing effective treatment strategies based on individual circumstances and goals.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients primarily consist of adults experiencing a range of low-acuity mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. The focus is on providing support to stabilize and improve their mental well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
