This position is entirely remote, providing a flexible work setting that empowers you to create a conducive work-life balance while serving clients from the comfort of your home. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, utilizing various telehealth platforms to connect with clients efficiently. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional needs, facilitating appropriate referrals to community-based resources as necessary.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address individual client goals and challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Document detailed patient histories, progress notes, diagnostic evaluations, treatment outcomes, and prescribe therapies in accordance with established protocols.

• Educate team members on psychosocial stressors impacting client well-being, fostering a collaborative approach to holistic care.

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards throughout client interactions and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals and families grappling with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. You will also address challenges related to domestic violence and child maltreatment. By utilizing a tailored approach to mental health care, you will contribute significantly to enhancing the quality of life for our patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundational experience in providing therapeutic counseling services to a varied client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 115,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
