Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Collaborating with clients' families to monitor treatment outcomes and behavioral progress, ensuring a holistic support system.

• Providing crisis intervention and diversion when clients encounter acute mental health challenges.

• Delivering both in-person and telehealth services to accommodate the needs of assigned clients.

• Maintaining strict adherence to state and federal privacy regulations, including HIPAA, ensuring the confidentiality and dignity of all client interactions.

• Participating actively in interdisciplinary meetings to contribute insights and strategies to improve clients' care.

• Engaging in ongoing training, conferences, and seminars to expand your clinical expertise.

• Supervising and mentoring junior therapists and interns, fostering their professional growth.

• Delivering comprehensive case management, advocacy, and resource linkage tailored to individual client needs.

• Conducting thorough intake diagnostic assessments that include tools like GAF, LOCUS, and crisis planning.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions using Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, expect to work with a culturally diverse patient population. You will provide support to individuals experiencing mental health disorders, substance use issues, and crises related to personal circumstances or systemic barriers. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• An active license in the District of Columbia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s Degree in a human services-related field.
