Key Responsibilities\n

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including the clinical director and program director, to provide seamless mental health services.

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to effectively address the diverse needs of clients.

• Monitor and document client progress through appropriate charting and reporting methods.

• Effectively communicate with clients, their families, and other health care professionals to coordinate holistic care.

• Conduct intake evaluations and engage clients through motivational interviewing techniques to encourage participation in their treatment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to guide therapeutic interventions and evaluate their effectiveness.

• Remain current with relevant state and federal regulations regarding mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
