Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers the convenience of remote work, allowing you to engage with clients in the comfort of their own environments. Working from home, you will leverage state-of-the-art telehealth platforms to perform assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and document care, ensuring that clients continue to receive uninterrupted support wherever they are located.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may incorporate both traditional therapeutic techniques and alternative approaches, taking into consideration patients' unique needs and preferences.

• Administer a mixture of virtual therapy sessions, accommodating individual clients as well as couples, families, or groups, and adapt your approach to best suit different dynamics.
\n
• Consistently maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure the continuity of care.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities—such as workshops and continuing education—to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health care.
\n
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive support and make referrals to additional resources when necessary.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to enhance service delivery and clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at Hopeful Response Group, you will specialize in working with cancer patients through all phases of their experience—from initial diagnosis and treatment, through remission, and into survivorship. This role also includes supporting the caregivers of these patients by equipping them with tools to aid their loved one effectively. By focusing on psychosocial aspects, you will help facilitate not just mental wellness but also emotional resilience as clients navigate their health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• Hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
\n
• Possess a clear professional record with no history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third party.
\n
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

\n
• Experience working with cancer patients or in a oncology-focused mental health setting is highly desirable.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual counseling methods.
\n
• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar environment.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and client caseload. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
