Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health history and current concerns.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, adapting approaches as necessary based on progress and feedback.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote growth and recovery.

• Collaborate actively with the treatment team to coordinate care, ensuring that treatment approaches are integrated across different disciplines to provide comprehensive support.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, promoting understanding of mental health issues and highlighting ways they can support the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundational knowledge of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate closely with medical professionals to optimize client care.
