Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions via telehealth, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet client needs.

• Perform comprehensive client psychosocial assessments to inform the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.

• Manage the client intake process, actively identifying and addressing any immediate concerns while fostering a supportive atmosphere.

• Participate collaboratively in a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging with peers, the clinical director, and program director to coordinate client care.

• Facilitate therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery, assisting clients in recognizing and overcoming harmful behaviors and urges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
