Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and create comprehensive treatment plans, including crisis plans and clinical summaries.

• Engage in detailed evaluations to identify the root causes of clients' issues, developing tailored strategies for their recovery journey.

• Provide both face-to-face and telehealth sessions to ensure clients receive consistent support while adhering to HIPAA regulations for privacy and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with clients to develop solutions and coping strategies for issues such as low self-esteem, family dynamics, addiction, and suicidal ideation.
\n
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client progress and data, using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to document interactions and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, providing immediate support to clients in distress and ensuring their safety and well-being.
\n
• Participate in clinical meetings and interdisciplinary collaborations to share insights and improve service delivery goals.
\n
• Engage in ongoing training and supervision to enhance skills, with opportunities to assist in the development and mentoring of junior therapists and interns.

• Conduct outreach and case management, ensuring clients have access to needed resources and advocacy services.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in a human services-related field, with active licensure in the District of Columbia (LPC, LMFT, or LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
