Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Monitor patient progress, documenting session notes and providing follow-up communications that include care coordination recommendations.

• Engage as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team, assisting clients with accessing necessary resources and ensuring all consent and authorization forms are completed.

• Identify high-risk situations and respond promptly, following established safety protocols to protect clients’ well-being.

• Participate in ongoing professional development sessions, including supervised meetings, monthly team discussions, and organizational town halls to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all aspects of care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients who present various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions requiring specialized care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as an LICSW, LPC, or LMFT (or state equivalent).

• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule, offering approximately 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Compensation and Benefits\n
