Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat, focusing on enhancing clients' mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of at least one of the following independent clinical licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated strong computer literacy skills, adeptness in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy and a caring nature.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a generous salary package, full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring access to essential health services.
