Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and diversion to effectively manage clients' crisis situations when they arise.

• Assess client needs and make referrals to psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses, or substance use disorder specialists as necessary for further evaluation and treatment.

• Work on developing actionable solutions and strategies for clients grappling with issues such as low self-esteem, familial conflicts, addiction, and suicidal ideation, helping them navigate personal challenges.

• Maintain accurate, detailed records of client interactions and monitor treatment progress to tailor individualized therapy plans based on comprehensive analysis of data.

• Engage with family members of clients to provide updates on treatment efficacy and facilitate discussions on behavioral changes.

• Participate in regular case reviews and interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance client care and collaborative efforts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n
