Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including diagnostic analysis and treatment planning, to address the individual needs of clients.

• Operate within established evidence-based practices to develop effective therapeutic models tailored to enhance the recovery process.

• Provide case management, advocacy, and resource linkage to clients, ensuring access to critical support services.

• Participate in clinical and interdisciplinary meetings to discuss client progress, treatment adaptations, and coordinated care strategies.

• Facilitate both face-to-face and telehealth sessions, accommodating varying client preferences while maintaining service effectiveness.

• Supervise and mentor junior therapists and interns to foster professional development and quality care delivery.

• Participate in after-hour on-call services as necessary, ensuring continuous support for our clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, assuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional education and adhere to all licensure requirements to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related human services field.

• Current and active licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of operation.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and other professionals.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as collaboratively in a team context.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other relevant clinical documentation tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Deep Understanding Healthcare Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 – 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
