Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video chat sessions with clients, utilizing therapeutic techniques to support their mental health and well-being.

• Encourage clients to openly express their emotions and experiences, guiding them to gain better self-understanding and improve their interpersonal relationships.

• Act as a strong advocate for clients by helping them to articulate their personal goals and develop actionable plans to reach those objectives.

• Assess clients' mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans that employ a solution-focused approach based on empirical evidence and clinical knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is mandatory.

• A valid independent license is required, with one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong computer literacy skills and experience with telehealth platforms are essential for effective service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and hours worked. Full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
