Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that directly contribute to the mental health and stability of our clients. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting individual, group, and family counseling sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Performing comprehensive psychosocial assessments to guide the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating the client intake process, ensuring all relevant information is collected efficiently and respectfully.

• Collaborating with your treatment team, including clinical directors and fellow counselors, to enhance client outcomes through coordinated care.

• Identifying and addressing negative behavioral patterns in clients through thoughtful questioning and ongoing monitoring.

• Supporting clients in effectively managing their addictions by developing strategies to recognize and overcome harmful behaviors and urges.

• Maintaining thorough documentation and progress notes to track client advancements and provide appropriate referrals for additional services when necessary.

• Conducting therapy sessions that may include reviewing patient analyses, random drug tests, and other assessments to inform treatment decisions.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you are required to have the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
