Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' unique needs and circumstances.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate both traditional and alternative therapeutic approaches, tailored specifically to clients’ goals.

• Offer a combination of individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, adapting your method according to the specific needs of your clients.

• Utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Research and remain informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health to incorporate new evidence-based interventions into your practice.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to foster collaboration and share best practices with colleagues.

• Continually monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Mind Ease, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. Our focus is to provide support throughout various life stages and circumstances, ensuring that each client receives proactive care tailored to their individual situation.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensing as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• No history of medical malpractice claims or ethical violations, verified through third-party checks.
\n
• Authorized to work in the United States.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
