Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including GAINs, LOCUS, crisis planning, clinical summaries, and treatment planning, to identify clients' needs and develop effective therapeutic models.

• Engage in direct clinical services through face-to-face and telehealth appointments, ensuring clients receive personalized support tailored to their unique circumstances.
\n
• Respond to crises by providing timely interventions and solutions to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
\n
• Participate in the on-call rotation and weekend holiday coverage alongside your colleagues to ensure consistent support for clients.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and family members as needed to enhance therapeutic outcomes and monitor behavioral changes.

• Provide referrals to psychiatrists or specialized services for clients requiring additional assessments or treatments.
\n
• Stay abreast of industry developments by attending various training sessions, conferences, and seminars to improve your skills and knowledge.

• Assist in supervising and mentoring junior therapists and interns, helping them develop professional competencies in their roles.

• Ensure compliance with all pertinent state and federal regulations, including HIPAA standards, while providing care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
