Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, with an emphasis on both traditional and alternative therapeutic approaches.

• Conducting remote counseling sessions via video calls or other digital platforms, catering to individuals, couples, families, or support groups.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to effectively address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Staying current with the latest mental health research and advancements to integrate new practices into your counseling approach effectively.

• Ensuring all counseling interactions adhere to ethical guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and provide a safe space for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related fields, with specific licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third-party service.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience\n

We welcome candidates who have prior experience in a telehealth setting and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Compensation and Benefits\n
