Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues like low self-esteem, addiction, family dynamics, and suicidal ideation.

• Collaborate with clients’ family members to enhance support systems and monitor behavioral changes related to treatment progress.

• Provide referrals to psychiatrists, APRNs, or specialized services for further assessments when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, depending on your caseload and experience.
