Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in work-life balance. As a Telehealth Counselor, you will engage with clients through secure online platforms, employing tools that facilitate meaningful interaction and connection. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling you to manage your time effectively while delivering high-quality mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and well-being to establish a clear understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health care, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.

• Foster supportive therapeutic relationships by providing a safe space for clients to discuss their challenges, including crisis situations related to substance abuse, domestic violence, or trauma.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records, including patient medical histories, diagnoses, treatment plans, and outcomes, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations.

• Educate clients and their families on psychosocial stressors and available community resources to promote awareness and engagement in their care.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary team of health care professionals to enhance client outcomes through shared insights and strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health theories, modalities, and evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
