Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, your essential job duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Offering tailored solutions for clients dealing with a range of issues, including low self-esteem, familial conflicts, addiction recovery, and suicidal ideation.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential client records and analyzing data to devise effective, individualized treatment approaches.

• Collaborating with clients' family members to monitor treatment responses and behavioral changes, ensuring a holistic support network.

• Providing crisis intervention and diversion strategies to help clients effectively navigate acute situations.

• Delivering both telehealth and in-person consultations as needed, adapting methods to meet the individual preferences of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals facing challenges associated with mental health disorders, intellectual disabilities, and substance use disorders. You will work closely with clients from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each person. Your role is pivotal in empowering clients to overcome their obstacles and achieve a better quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Must have a clean history with no Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third party.

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
