Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and connect families with appropriate community resources to support their mental health goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in an environment that addresses issues related to substance abuse, domestic violence, childhood trauma, and other mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the organization, sharing insights about clients’ psychosocial stressors to ensure holistic treatment plans and positive outcomes for families.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient medical and psychological histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Educate clients and their families on coping strategies and treatment processes while promoting mental health awareness through community outreach programs.

This role serves a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based counseling practices and a proven track record of delivering effective mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
