Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, providing the opportunity for you to connect with clients across various locations from the comfort of your own home. Our telehealth setup allows you to conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and follow-up appointments through secure digital platforms. You will engage with clients via video calls, ensuring a personalized and empathetic approach to care. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their goals and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques during sessions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including patient histories, treatment modalities, and outcomes, in line with organizational standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community service organizations, to coordinate care and optimize health outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding psychosocial issues, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages feedback and engagement.

• Work effectively within crisis situations, offering immediate interventions for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, such as substance abuse or trauma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Particular attention will be given to clients facing significant life stressors, such as those related to trauma, domestic violence, and mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LICSW within the state of Washington is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
