Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. As a mental health counselor at Hope Bridges, you will engage in one-on-one video sessions with clients, facilitating a supportive therapeutic environment that allows for personal reflection and growth. You will utilize various EHR systems to document client progress and treatment plans, ensuring that you have the tools necessary to provide effective care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual video therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to support clients in managing their mental health.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their feelings and experiences, assisting them in gaining valuable insights into their behaviors and relationships.

• Act as an advocate for your clients, helping them to set and pursue their therapeutic goals.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health statuses and develop individualized treatment plans that are grounded in solution-focused methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supervising adults who are experiencing stable and low-acuity mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with these individuals to empower them through skill development and emotional support, ultimately aiming to enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: LMFT, LPC, or LICSW.

• Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy to effectively engage in telehealth practices and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing mental health counseling through telehealth platforms.

• Strong understanding of solution-focused therapy and evidence-based practices.

• Previous experience in advocacy or case management is highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience and hours worked. In addition to a robust salary, full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, helping to cover the costs of your personal health expenses.
