In this role, you will work in a fully remote setting, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients across Washington state. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat, focusing on stabilization and support for clients experiencing low-acuity mental health issues.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, fostering self-awareness and personal insight.

• Assist clients in defining individual goals and act as their advocate throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health conditions, leveraging your clinical expertise to develop and implement tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with adults who are experiencing a variety of low-acuity mental health challenges. Our client population seeks stability and support in managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and stress. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• One of the following independent licenses: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker).

• Proficiency in using technology for virtual sessions, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, which supports your health and wellbeing.
