Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality remote mental health care by implementing structured, evidence-based treatment programs.

• Regularly monitor participant progress, offering insightful follow-ups and carefully documenting session notes to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, assisting clients in accessing necessary resources and navigating the consent and authorization processes.
\n
• Identify and effectively respond to high-risk situations among participants, adhering to established safety protocols and company policies.
\n
• Participate actively in scheduled meetings with supervisors, attend monthly team meetings, and contribute positively to organizational Town Halls.
\n
• Maintain exemplary standards of confidentiality per HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations, ensuring compliance with annual training protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A commitment to maintaining a consistent patient schedule, clocking in at 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous clinical experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused approaches is highly preferred.
