Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment plans for individual clients, focusing on their unique mental health needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for clients via video conferencing tools, ensuring a safe and confidential virtual environment.
\n
• Providing psychoeducation to clients on perinatal mental health issues, helping them understand the challenges they face.
\n
• Maintaining regular follow-up sessions to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
\n
• Building and sustaining relationships with client families, significant others, and other stakeholders involved in the client’s care.
\n
• Collaborating with the clinical team and external agencies to advocate for clients’ social service needs and connect them with appropriate community resources.
\n
• Building engaging programs and activities that address the individual needs of clients, working alongside volunteers and interns.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals navigating perinatal mental health challenges, including postpartum depression, anxiety, and other related disorders. Our client base encompasses a diverse range of individuals, which requires a culturally sensitive approach to therapy, as well as the ability to address complex emotional and psychological needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of Washington.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, as verified by a third-party source.
\n
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
\n
• Strong commitment to continuing education and personal development in the mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in a virtual setting, utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.

• Background in perinatal mental health or related fields is highly desirable.
\n
• Skills in client advocacy and engagement within the community would be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
