Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Developing and documenting comprehensive case notes, client assessments, and evaluations to ensure high-quality therapeutic support.

• Collaborating with clients to create and implement personalized Individual Treatment Plans (ITP) that address their unique mental health needs.
\n
• Assisting the treatment team in scoring, interpreting, and reporting psychometric assessments, thereby contributing to accurate diagnoses and treatment progress.

• Leading supervision sessions in partnership with site supervisors, ensuring effective clinical oversight and guidance.
\n
• Participating in regular staff meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration sessions to discuss treatment strategies, client progress, and resource sharing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve may range from children and adolescents to adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third-party source.
\n
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience\n
