Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insights into each client’s unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to support each client's journey towards improved mental well-being.

• Lead intake processes, ensuring that every client is welcomed and every pertinent matter is addressed efficiently.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes counseling staff and directors, to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Identify negative behaviors through targeted discussions and observational assessments to support clients in overcoming obstacles.

• Assist patients in developing healthier habits by recognizing detrimental behaviors and providing strategies to resist urges.

• Document client progress meticulously, while maintaining accurate records of sessions and referrals to additional services as necessary.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions, fostering an atmosphere of trust and openness.

• Participation in random drug testing and patient analysis as integral parts of your holistic approach.

• Maintain professional relationships not just with clients, but also with their families, caregivers, and other stakeholders.

The clients you will serve comprise a diverse population, each with unique mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and addiction recovery. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid social work license as per state regulations (LPC, LMFT, LICSW).

• No history of medical malpractice claims, validated through third-party verification.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing pressures and ensuring clear communication.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.
