Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, to more complex emotional and psychological conditions. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play an instrumental role in helping clients identify their strengths, navigate their struggles, and achieve greater emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Possession of at least one of the following independent licenses: LPC, LICSW, or LMFT.

• Strong ability to efficient and accurately document client progress and therapy notes in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience\n

We help elevate skilled professionals in the mental health field, and therefore prefer candidates with previous experience in a similar counseling role. The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and current caseload.
