Key Responsibilities\n

• Complete all required annual training in compliance with Life Care and DBH standards to enhance service delivery.

• Assist in the supervision and mentorship of junior therapists and interns, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

• Conduct comprehensive intake diagnostic assessments, including identifying client goals, risk factors, crisis planning, and treatment planning.
\n
• Provide case management services, including advocacy and resource linkage, to empower clients in achieving their recovery goals.
\n
• Utilize telehealth platforms and face-to-face interactions to deliver counseling services, adapting methods to meet client preferences and needs.
\n
• Engage actively in providing crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal privacy regulations, including HIPAA.
\n
• Collaborate with clients' family members where appropriate to monitor treatment progress and support behavioral changes.
\n
• Participate in continuous training sessions and clinical meetings to enhance your professional skills and engagement with current treatment methodologies.

You will serve a diverse patient population from various backgrounds, including individuals experiencing mental health issues, intellectual disabilities, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license in Washington State as either an LPC, LMFT, or LICSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
