Family Rethink Counseling, LLC, is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LPC, LICSW, LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As a mental health counselor with our organization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the mental well-being of individuals and families throughout Seattle and the surrounding Washington State community. You will use your expertise to deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions while collaborating with a diverse range of clients seeking support.

Utilizing a variety of digital communication tools, you will engage in therapy sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities from home. Our supportive infrastructure ensures you have access to the resources you need, including telehealth technology and administrative support, to focus wholly on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapeutic sessions via telehealth platforms, tailoring approaches based on individual client needs and utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, ensuring a focus on their unique goals and holistic recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing severe emotional distress, ensuring immediate safety and establishing a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Diligently maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential client records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and state laws to ensure privacy and compliance.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach that enhances client support and treatment efficacy.

• Engage in regular training and professional development to stay current with trends, research, and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you'll serve encompass a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic approach and commitment to cultural competence will play a vital role in building trust and fostering an inclusive space where all clients feel valued and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or eligibility for licensure.

• Direct experience in providing counseling services to diverse individuals, families, and groups.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to build rapport and foster therapeutic alliances with various client populations.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a commitment to clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

• A solid understanding of best practices in mental health care, demonstrated commitment to cultural humility, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
