This role operates within a Community Health Clinic, which supports a wide array of mental health services in a collaborative and dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for clients, developing and monitoring tailored treatment plans that address their individual needs.

• Oversee the client intake process, addressing pertinent issues and ensuring a compassionate and efficient entry into care.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in regular meetings to ensure cohesive care delivery.

• Engage clients by identifying negative behaviors, utilizing effective interviewing techniques to gather personal insights that guide treatment.

• Assist clients living with addictions by guiding them through coping strategies to manage urges and harmful behaviors.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress through charting, ensuring that all assessments, treatments, and referrals are accurately recorded.

• Facilitate therapy sessions—both individual and group—empowering clients to explore their thoughts and emotions in a safe space.

• Conduct patient analysis, including random drug tests as necessary, to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.

• Uphold professional behavior, fostering strong relationships with staff, clients, families, and visitors through respectful communication.

• Perform additional duties as required to enhance the effectiveness of the treatment program.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must have a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Possess a valid social work license (LPC, LMFT, LICSW) per state regulations.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, validated by a third party.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

• Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to maintain professionalism in high-pressure, fast-paced situations.
