Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client intake assessments to gather relevant history, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Manage cases involving clients with addictions by helping them recognize harmful behaviors and develop strategies to manage urges.

• Maintain professional relationships with clients, staff members, families, and visitors, promoting a collaborative therapeutic environment.

The therapist will work with a diverse client base, primarily focusing on individuals struggling with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Familiarity with telehealth practices and the use of virtual therapy tools will be considered a plus, as well as a strong understanding of integrated treatment approaches for co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This Full-Time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
