Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Providing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique requirements of each patient.

• Conducting initial intakes and assessments to determine individual treatment plans.

• Delivering effective therapy sessions, which can include individual, group, and family therapy, through telehealth.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilizing best practices in mental health care to support clients with various clinical concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues.

As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who face a wide range of psychological challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, behavioral issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health evaluations.

• Proficient case conceptualization skills, with the ability to create effective therapeutic interventions.

• Strong capacity to foster rapport and trust with clients, critical for cultivating a therapeutic alliance.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care are encouraged to apply.
