Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting intake diagnostic assessments, including GAIN assessments, LOCUS assessments, crisis planning, and developing clinical summaries.
\n
• Engaging with clients to identify their primary challenges and collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
\n
• Providing ongoing therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's circumstances.
\n
• Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and communicate effectively with family members, law enforcement, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Referring clients to psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs), or substance use disorder (SUD) specialists for additional evaluations, as necessary.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base, addressing issues related to mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and intellectual disabilities. Our clientele represents diverse ethnic backgrounds, socio-economic statuses, and life experiences, necessitating a culturally competent and sensitive approach to care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• No documented history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
\n
• Authorized to work in the United States.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in mental health settings, particularly with clients managing substance abuse disorders and intellectual disabilities.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
