Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify underlying issues affecting their mental health and develop tailored therapeutic plans that address their needs.

• Engage in regular collaboration with clients’ family members when appropriate, monitoring behavioral changes and treatment responses to facilitate effective care.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic models to assist clients in managing their mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, addiction, and family issues.

• Facilitate referrals to psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs), or substance use disorder specialists as necessary for a more thorough evaluation and treatment approach.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment methodologies, analyzing data to adjust therapeutic strategies to optimize client outcomes.

• Provide actionable recommendations to clients facing issues such as low self-esteem, familial conflicts, and suicidal tendencies, guiding them toward effective coping mechanisms and resolutions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including clients experiencing various mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and those requiring support in overcoming intellectual disabilities. The objective is to foster a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to pursue their mental health goals and achieve meaningful recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or providing remote counseling services is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
