Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct individualized video therapy sessions with clients to assess their mental health status, understanding their concerns and determining appropriate treatment interventions.

  Act as an advocate for your clients, collaborating with them to set achievable goals while providing continual encouragement and support throughout their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with adults who are dealing with various mental health challenges but are classified as low-acuity, meaning they are stable and able to engage in therapy effectively. Your role will be essential in equipping them with the necessary coping mechanisms and skills to enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

  Valid independent licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

  Proficient computer skills to navigate digital platforms for telehealth sessions and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates who have experience with a diverse range of client populations or are familiar with specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy will be highly valued. Additionally, a background in community-based mental health care can enhance the effectiveness of your therapy sessions.
