Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video chat, focusing on enhancing clients' mental health and well-being.

• Facilitate open conversations encouraging clients to express their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, ultimately guiding them towards self-discovery and deeper relational insights.

• Advocate for clients by helping them articulate their goals and navigate pathways to achieve those goals.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and collaborate with them to develop and implement effective treatment plans, employing a solution-focused approach based on your clinical skills and knowledge.

The clients you will work with are primarily individuals seeking support for various mental health concerns, all prescreened to ensure stability. This population generally presents lower acuity issues, allowing you to leverage your expertise in a supportive, guided manner. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An independent license to practice as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Note that provisional or limited licenses are not acceptable for this position.

• Strong decision-making skills to effectively evaluate, diagnose, and recommend treatment options for clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.

• Proficient computer skills for managing documentation, telehealth sessions, and treatment notes.
