Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients’ mental health status and needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices that address specific mental health issues.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions that focus on building coping strategies and fostering resilience.

• Empower clients by equipping them with appropriate tools and resources to manage their mental health.

• Facilitate referrals to other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, when necessary, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Document patient interactions thoroughly in our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining clear and accurate notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, and eating disorders. Our clients come from varied cultural backgrounds, and it is essential that you approach each case with cultural sensitivity and responsiveness. Understanding the unique experiences of each client will be crucial for tailoring effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
