Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychiatric and psychosocial assessments, including detailed mental status examinations, to identify the unique needs of each patient.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring that the therapeutic direction is aligned with their individual goals and circumstances.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based and evidence-informed practices in delivering various therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and provide supportive therapies such as problem-solving, role-playing, social skills development, and assertiveness training to empower patients in navigating social and community interactions.

• Document all patient interactions and progress in our electronic health record system in accordance with MultiCare's policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
\n
• Engage collaboratively with referral sources and multidisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of treatment.
\n
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to maximize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population comprising individuals with varying behavioral health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring conditions. You will provide a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing and empowerment, addressing each patient's unique life challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field is required.
\n
• Active licensure in the State of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least 3 years of experience providing direct patient care in a clinical setting.
\n
• Exceptional written communication skills for producing quality clinical notes and intake reports.
\n
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a dynamic caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering treatment to clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

• Familiarity with community resources and the ability to connect patients to additional support services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
