You'll leverage telehealth technologies as well as in-person interactions to provide high-quality mental health support, with an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 yearly.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate, empathetic therapeutic services to clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges.

• Conduct initial diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to individual client needs and preferences.

• Manage ongoing therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress through detailed records while adapting therapeutic methods based on real-time feedback and data-driven insights.

• Engage in crisis management when faced with clients in acute distress, utilizing both professional judgment and interpersonal skills.

• Collaborate with case management staff to ensure holistic support for clients and effective treatment outcomes.
\n
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief, and more, necessitating a versatile and adaptive therapeutic approach. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will be expected to provide culturally competent care that acknowledges and respects clients' unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a closely related field is mandatory.
\n
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) as per Washington state regulations.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, validated by a third party.
\n
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with team members.

• Comfortable using telehealth technology and EMR systems to enhance client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrable experience with diverse psychotherapy approaches and familiarity with a variety of mental health diagnoses, including major depressive disorder (MDD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions.

• A proven ability to manage a steady caseload in a fast-paced environment while delivering meaningful therapy.

• A history of tailoring therapeutic techniques based on client responses and preferences.
